For anyone who has been following my blog for some time, might know just how big of an eBay shopper I’ve been for pretty much the last ten plus years of my life. I’ve gotten some incredible gems from there, including vintage Chanel bags (and pins), to designer shoes to some beautiful art that hangs throughout our entire home. So naturally, when I had the opportunity to collaborate with eBay on one of their latest projects, it was a no brainer. One of the purposes of this project was to snap anything that I find inspiring, from street style, to specific accessories or just the city around me. Based on this inspiration, eBay has created a Shop Inspired Pinterest board where they’re making everything shoppable! You can check that out here.

Great post. However, how did you overcome the fact you may get, lets just say, "less than authentic pieces". I attempted to purchase a LV bag from there. The seller claimed 100% authentic but when I received it, not so much. Because I'm a LV enthusiast and have been collecting them since the 10th grade (bday present from daddy) I know a LV bag just by looking at it (for the most part). If you have sellers that you trust, please share. Fortunately the seller returned my funds the same day after I emailed her a long, very long letter telling her of all the tell tale signs.

Love this! I remember hearing about eBay's new project at fashion week. They had the best photo booth set up to launch it and I fell in love with the idea, but totally forgot about it till now. Such a great idea.
I also love all of your pictures. I totally agree about the leather sleeves. I'm a sucker for anything with leather sleeves, especially mixed with an olive color, but recently I've been loving all of the trench coats with leather details.
