As much as I adore the creative process of putting together an outfit, there are days where I feel best in a pair of skinny jeans, one of my many silk button downs and some accessories. Speaking of accessories, meet my snake print shoes! They’re a sure way to turn a basic outfit into something more interesting. The best part? They’re comfortable!
PS: I got this vintage leather jacket at a flea market for $10 about 5 years ago. I have to get Keith credit though, since he’s the one who spotted it.

Sometimes it's accessories that totally make the or break the outfit! I'd have to say that my favourite go-to outfit is a pair of skinny jeans paired with a sheer loose-fitting blouse, a cozy cardigan or sweater and a big, chunky but beautiful necklace.

I've definitely had those moments–when you are running late for work, but don't want to look sloppy, so I just go straight to my go-to uniform: skinny jeans, heels, blouse, and a jacket. You can never go wrong with it. It always looks put together and polished; and the best part? Is that no one knows you were scrambling or had a "lazy day." Love the texture of the pumps. They definitely amp up any boring heels!
