Our Updated Shared Kids Room
I'm so excited to be able to share our updated nursery/toddler room. I'm not going to lie, I wasn't exactly sure how it would all come together, but I am truly so happy with the outcome. It actually came out better than I imagined in my head. We were incredibly lucky to work with Amazon Home on the updated room and it's no surprise, that almost everything came from Amazon. Their selection, as always, was incredibly vast and the hardest part was choosing what pieces we would end up going with. I also discovered Amazon Home’s mid-century modern brand Rivet, which has some really fantastic patterns, as you’ll see in a few of the pieces below.

Weekend Notes: Getting Back Into Action!
I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things and while I'm not necessarily rushing, it feels good to get my creative juices flowing. It's been two weeks with having a newborn and a toddler and so far, it's gone smoother than I could have expected. The hardest part has been getting out of the house with the baby (and not even with two - Nate's been in school!), but I'm hoping it all gets easier with a little time and practice. I've also never watched so much tv in my entire life and I'm enjoying every moment of this low-key, downtime while it's here.

A Holiday Gift Idea | Wish You Could Smell Our Home!
For the last few weeks, we've been using the Aera Smart Diffuser to fill our home with scents of the season. Right now, we're using the Log Fire scent for our living room and loving how its transformed the space into a cozy retreat.
