Coat: Tahari (and here) | Beanie | Lipstick: MAC Whirl
There’s no denying that I have a bit of a coat addiction. The reality is, as soon as the temps drop, the coat becomes the main part of the outfit. The winter style wrap coat is one of my favorites. It’s ideal for bulky sweaters, ideal for layering and quite frankly, it’s the style I lived in when I was pregnant.
The brown color was also the perfect match for my new lipstick. It felt a bit weird to wear something that was so different than my usual go-to’s, but I think I’m diggin’ it. Keith – not so much.

Living in NY, I definitely understand the importance of having cute outerwear because like you’ve said, during this time of year, it becomes the main focus and it’s nice to switch them up and feel, changing up your look. Actually I really really like the lipstick on you. This is a great shade – in most cases such a dark colour would look too gothish (atleast one me) but this manages to look just right. Also love the sophisticated pom pom beanie!

So true! I even went coat shopping today. I just bought two at Macy’s but they much like the coats I already have are good for when it is in the 40s and 50s. I have a parker for very cold weather but I need a non parker coat that is good for when it is the 30s. But this is harder to find then you would think.
